Frequently Asked Questions

Nope! We are a drop in centre, no reservations required for drop in play. Certain  special events will require reservations, but that will be posted in the event details.

Because little hands touch our floors all shoes must be left at the door! Socks, indoor shoes or slippers are to be worn inside our play centre. No Exceptions. We do have socks available for purchase at the front desk if you forget your socks. 

Due to health and safety concerns, we do not allow strollers within the Town play area, we have limited space in our front area so we ask that all strollers are left in the car. Infant Bucket seats are allowed.

Although the Town is designed for Children 6 and under. Sometimes even older children seem to enjoy playing here. There is no age limit. 

Please bring your own Peanut/Nut Free snacks and beverages as we do not have a snack bar. All food MUST be consumed at the snack table located on our second floor. 

We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash. E-transfers are accepted for private reservations.

Yes,  A parent or guardian must accompany the child at all times.

For the health and safety of our guests and staff we ask that you refrain from visiting our facility if you or your child is ill.

Yes, we offer additional time $60/half hour. This must be arranged prior to your party.

We are open Monday-Friday 9am-3pm, Saturdays 9am-11:30am & Sundays 9am-3pm. We offer private Reservations Saturdays from 12:30pm-3pm & 4pm-6:30pm and Sundays 4pm-6:30pm. If you have a special request send us a message and we will see if we can make it happen!
